Frequently Asked Questions
You've got questions, and we've got answers!
-
Will you provide the liquor for my event? The short answer is no. The long answer is that California's requirements to obtain a liquor license prevents many mobile bartending services from getting one, including ours. Our service is what you would consider a "dry hire". So you, the host, would provide us with the liquor needed, and we can provide you with virtually everything else. You'll have the opportunity to create your menu with one of our expert mixologists, and they will present you with a fully personalized shopping list with all of the necessary ingredients for your signature cocktails. The beauty of this is that you can choose to shop around and find the best deals on your liquor if you're on a budget, or you can purchase all the top-shelf liquor that your heart desires, but you'll never be confined by the limitations of what a distributor has on hand. We can also help you place an order with one of our trusted liquor distributors. So make sure to ask us about it when you're doing your cocktail consult!
-
Are you insured?YES, we are fully insured. We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance.
-
Where are you located and will you travel? We're based in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, which means we can easily reach most of Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Absolutely, we travel! In fact, we're a mobile bartending service, so hitting the road is part of the fun. Let us know where your event is located. We serve Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and Ventura County. There may be additional travel fees depending on the distance, but we'd be happy to discuss the details and create a custom quote for you.
-
Do you offer bartender-only packages?Yes! We have reinstated our bartender-only package. We're making many changes to our website and intake forms to make customizing your bartending experience a simple process. So you can get exactly what you want!

What is your cancellation policy? We understand that sometimes things come up, and you might need to cancel your event. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, we will refund your money minus the retainer fee. If you cancel less than 29 days before the event, you will need to pay the full remaining amount of the fees agreed upon. This is because we only take a limited number of events per day and when you book with us, we turn away other inquiries for your date.
